Account Deletion

You can delete your Fuaryo account in the mobile app, or send a verified request through this web path if you cannot access the app.


Delete from the mobile app

Open the Fuaryo mobile Profile screen, choose Delete Account under Account controls, and confirm. This closes account access in a way that cannot be undone from the app.

The in-app deletion flow revokes active sessions and starts removal of device push token records.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, use the Send Deletion Request link. Include the email address connected to your account, the organization/event name if available, and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion.

To protect the account holder, we may ask for additional information to verify the requester's identity and connection to the account. Unauthorized or unverifiable requests may not be processed.

What is removed after deletion?

Direct profile access is closed, active refresh tokens are revoked, and device push tokens are deleted. Depending on current product behavior, the account is then handled under the deletion or anonymization process.

Your networking profile, device notification records, and active sessions are affected by account deletion. Historical records needed for event operations may be retained for different periods under legal retention and evidence requirements.

What may be retained?

Consent logs, audit logs, check-in, registration, lead, invoice, message delivery, and webhook delivery records may not be deleted immediately because of legal, security, dispute-management, event-reporting, or commercial record obligations.

Where possible, these records are separated from direct profile information or kept with an anonymized account reference. Deletion, destruction, or anonymization is applied when the retention period ends.

Timing and KVKK requests

In-app account deletion closes account access immediately. Web requests are reviewed depending on verification needs.

If the request is also a KVKK deletion/destruction request, it is answered as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. A 72-hour target may be an internal operational target; under KVKK, the legal response period is 30 days.
