Who is responsible for this policy?

This policy explains the privacy approach used across Fuaryo public pages, the admin panel, and the mobile app. Event organizers may also act as controllers or process owners for their own attendees.

What data is processed?

Fuaryo may process account, profile, and role data; event registration, ticket, QR check-in, and attendance signals; sponsor/exhibitor lead capture records; networking profiles and meeting requests; communication and consent preferences; and technical security records.

In the mobile app, camera access is used only for QR scanning. If you allow notifications, an Expo push token for your device is stored. Location, microphone data, and camera frames are not stored in this flow.

On public web pages, Fuaryo uses necessary cookies, language preference, and a cookie preference record. Analytics, marketing, and personalization cookies are not enabled without your active choice.

Why is data processed?

Data is used to create your account, protect sessions, run event registration and ticketing, perform check-in, support sponsor/exhibitor workflows, send messages and notifications, provide networking and meeting features, operate integrations, and keep security/audit records.

Marketing email, WhatsApp marketing communication, profiling/networking, and sponsor lead sharing depend on your active choices. You can update these choices in the relevant product screens or the cookie preference center.

Who receives the data?

Data is shared only with authorized Tengra teams, relevant organizer teams, field/sponsor/exhibitor users whose role requires access, and technical providers needed to run the service.

Third-party providers may be used for email, WhatsApp, push notifications, hosting, security, analytics, and webhook delivery. Each sharing activity is limited to the service purpose and user preference.

Fuaryo does not sell personal data. Sponsor/exhibitor lead sharing is not expanded beyond the event context and the relevant permission or preference scope.

How long is data retained?

Account and profile data is retained while the account is active. Session records, push tokens, and technical logs are limited to the period needed for their function.

Consent, audit, commercial, invoice, or event operation records may be retained longer for evidence, security, and legal obligations. When retention ends, Fuaryo applies deletion, anonymization, or access restriction where appropriate.

Your rights and controls

You can send KVKK access, correction, deletion, objection, and information requests to info@tengrateknoloji.com. Requests are answered no later than 30 days.

You can start account deletion from the mobile Profile screen or use the web Account Deletion page. You can change cookie choices at any time from the persistent cookie button at the bottom of the page.

Security and updates

Fuaryo applies technical controls such as role-based access, audit logs, token management, secret masking, provider error sanitization, and secure webhook/API design.

This policy may be updated as product flows and legal requirements change. Final production reliance and event-specific legal text should be approved by legal counsel.
