Service scope

Fuaryo is a B2B event operations platform with registration, ticketing, QR check-in, agenda, speaker, sponsor/exhibitor, lead capture, networking, meeting, messaging, analytics, and integration modules.

Some features may vary by event configuration, user role, tenant agreement, mobile operating system permissions, and organizer decisions.

Accounts, roles, and authorization

Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate, protecting passwords and devices, and reporting suspected unauthorized access without delay.

Admin, organizer, check-in staff, sponsor/exhibitor team, speaker, and attendee roles have different permissions. You must not attempt to access a role, event, lead record, or integration data that is not assigned to you.

Event and field use

QR check-in and lead capture flows are designed for fast field use. Camera permission must be used only for QR scanning, and attendee data must not be copied or shared outside the event context.

Organizers manage their own responsibility areas for event content accuracy, attendee notices, sponsor/exhibitor data-sharing rules, and on-site operational decisions.

Acceptable use

Fuaryo must not be used for unlawful content, misleading registrations, unauthorized scraping, unapproved security testing, spam, abuse, reverse engineering, or automation that disrupts the service.

API keys, webhook secrets, session tokens, and integration details must be kept confidential. Suspected unauthorized sharing or leakage must be reported immediately.

Privacy, KVKK, and communication permissions

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice. Non-essential cookies, marketing email, WhatsApp communication, sponsor lead sharing, and networking/profiling preferences depend on separate choices.

Event organizers and sponsor/exhibitor teams must separately satisfy the KVKK notice, contract, and transfer obligations that apply to their own data use.

Third-party services

Fuaryo may use third-party providers for email, WhatsApp, push notifications, hosting, error monitoring, analytics, and webhook delivery. Provider outages, limits, or terms may affect service behavior.

Users and organizers are responsible for the URL, authorization, security, and data-transfer settings of external systems they connect through Fuaryo.

Intellectual property and content

Fuaryo interfaces, brand elements, software, and documentation belong to Tengra Teknoloji or its licensors. Your license is limited, non-transferable, and only for authorized event operations.

Event content uploaded by organizers or users remains the responsibility of the relevant party. That content may be processed to provide the service and operate event workflows.

Support, changes, and limitations

Fuaryo uses reasonable technical care to operate securely and reliably. However, interruptions caused by the internet, mobile OS permissions, third-party providers, device quality, or venue connectivity may not be fully under Tengra control.

Tengra Teknoloji may update these terms for security, product improvement, legal, provider, or operational reasons. The latest terms are published on this page.
